The cleanliness and tranquility were positives. However, the included breakfast (2 croissants at €0.70 each), lack of hot water, and the inability to resolve the discomfort due to a lack of staff or even a guard, especially since we were alone in the middle of the woods, were negative.

We visited the complex off‑season at the start of October. It was extremely peaceful. The service was outstanding, and the hosts’ attitude was top‑level. Thank you for the service and experience; I recommend it wholeheartedly. Nothing negative—everything was up to standard.

Уютно, тихо, удобно, сгушено в планината местенце. Прекрасен персонал, усмихнати, дружелюбни, загрижени за всеки гост, обръщат внимание на всяко запитване и молба. Вкусна храна, мило обслужване. С удоволствие ще посетим отново! Препоръчвам!!
