The rooms were a bit basic, but the space was generous, the restaurant and lounge beautiful, the grounds lovely, and the location convenient; breakfast was good and the reception staff helpful, so I gave it 8.0/10.

The hotel is a boarding school, which makes it a good option in summer, and there were no real negatives.

I liked the breakfast with a wide selection, the heated pool next to the hotel, and the very polite staff, plus the multi‑space wardrobe for storing my stuff, but the decor was a bit dull.

The hotel was super friendly and quiet, the staff were very pleasant, we had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening and breakfast the next morning was excellent, varied, and met our expectations.
