The traditional breakfast was excellent, and the location in the heart of town made it a perfect spot in Palazzolo Acreide. The owner was friendly and helpful, but I would have liked a bit more polish on the accessories, some furniture, and the common areas.

Paolo was very kind and helpful, welcoming us and offering great tips for Palazzolo. The spot was ideal for walking, the internet worked well, and the updated room was very comfortable.

The hotel was central and close to the main sights. The 'breakfast' at a nearby café consisted of just a coffee and a pastry, which hardly qualifies as breakfast, and the shower leaked into the bathroom.

The staff were extremely kind and efficient, giving clear and detailed information and helping throughout every stage of the stay. The room was clean and well‑spaced, though at times it felt a bit cramped because of its size. The location is ideal for walking to the city centre, and there’s a large free parking lot just a few metres away.
