The staff were friendly and approachable, making the stay pleasant.

We were three girls on a trip staying for three nights. Our room, 135, smelled awful. We asked to switch rooms, but they said they would fix it instead. Then they claimed they had fixed it, but it was just as bad. All our clothes still smelled long after. We got a new room the next day; it didn't smell as bad, but it wasn’t clean anywhere, the hotel door handles were loose, the faucets were loose, and our sink unfortunately was clogged.
