We had a wonderful stay at Konaki Guesthouse in Ormos Panagias. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent—peaceful and quiet, while still being close enough to a wonderful beach and within easy reach of everything we needed. The property is very well maintained, with a large lawn and some trees, a welcoming terrace and a lovely summer kitchen, all of which were both useful and enjoyable. The hosts were truly kind, thoughtful and helpful. Although they stay temporarily in a caravan on the property during the summer, they were never intrusive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also gave us useful information about the area, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Konaki Guesthouse. Everything was clean and well cared for, the hosts were exceptionally considerate, and the property was peaceful, spacious and welcoming. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was simply superb, beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely kind, friendly and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, very close to beautiful beaches and convenient for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

“Wonderful, Clean, well-equipped house with a friendly Host where we will definitely go again!”

We spent ten days in Konaki and the host, Kirie Niko, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and supplied everything a family of four could possibly need, from kitchen to bedroom to living room. Every room had an air‑conditioner, and the outdoor kitchen area featured two fireplaces perfect for grilling or relaxing evenings. The garden was vast, meticulously maintained, full of flowers, kids’ corners, and great for barefoot strolls. A supermarket or bakery is just a five‑minute walk away, and while the seaside isn’t right next door, a five‑minute drive by car got us there without any trouble, and parking was easy to find. The quiet, enjoyable atmosphere made us want to return to Konaki and stay with Kirie Niko again when we visit Chalkidiki. Honestly, we couldn’t find anything we didn’t like.

“Just a great place to be with family”

We stayed in Ormos with a group of about fifteen, half kids, half adults, and the hosts Nikos and Anna were fantastic—big, spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids and adults alike loved the huge garden and outdoor kitchen. A supermarket is very close, and the beach is a bit farther, but that didn’t bother us because it’s beautiful. The hosts were always available and helped with every issue we had. I can’t think of any negatives; some people might say the beach is about twelve minutes on foot, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Others have complained about privacy because the hosts were on-site, yet their presence actually respected our privacy and was extremely helpful, so it didn’t bother us.

Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. The hosts were exceptional and the villa was very well equipped. It’s an excellent accommodation for a family with two kids.
