The location is excellent, the rooms are newly renovated and spacious, the lighting is good, and the reception is warm. The breakfast offers many options, including gluten‑free and lactose‑free. The only downside is the elevator, which is very old and slow, but otherwise the service meets all expectations.

The room is comfortable, the bed is a good size, the windows provide acoustic comfort and the blackout works well. There was no coffee in the room, only tea. The pool was under renovation, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked. Aside from the room, the hotel’s facilities are quite old, including the elevators. Getting to the hotel by car is confusing, with parked cars blocking the way and a ramp that makes it difficult; there was no valet when we arrived. The hotel’s coffee is good, but the crowd flow is terrible, mixing table circulation with buffet access. We decided to leave early to avoid long lines, as the check‑in was chaotic when we arrived.

The hotel team is wonderful and very helpful, the room is comfortable and newly renovated, and the bathroom is clean. The duvet could have been washed better, as it had stains.
