The location is good and the staff was helpful. However, the entrance area was dirty, a pump ran every few minutes disturbing sleep, towels were old, the comforter was stained, the AC wouldn’t go beyond 24 °C, and the TV didn’t work.

The location was easy to find and the staff were friendly. Yet the staff were unprofessional, spat a pan at the reception desk, and need to improve their language skills and professionalism.
