The AC was good, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot. The rooms and bathrooms were small and need some upgrades; the shower didn’t drain and water leaked onto the floor.

The hotel sits close to a quiet neighborhood, even though it’s on a very busy road, and the sound‑proof windows keep the noise from bothering you. The little terraces by the room are pleasant, but the heavy traffic makes it hard to enjoy them fully. The rooms themselves are fairly large, though the bathroom is rather small. For some sites the hotel is a bit remote. The property is well kept and the small garden in front is nice to sit in.
