The staff were super friendly and always on hand. The food was top‑notch and the location was spot‑on – great views, free bus to the nearby ski lifts. The only downside was the outdoor spa area; given the hotel’s size it felt a bit cramped.

Food was really good, but the room had no air‑conditioning – we had to keep the window open and the traffic noise was a real nuisance. There was no fridge, the bathroom mirror was hard to see, and the lighting left something to be desired.
