The room was spacious with two queen beds and a sofa bed, and it was clean. The public areas are starting to age, but nothing too concerning. The breakfast room doesn’t have many tables, but the food was good.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was satisfactory. The room was clean, but it was much smaller than the photo on the website. I was shown a large couch and a chair, but we actually got a small couch and no chair. The website advertised a pool with a big slide, yet there was only a small pool in the neighboring hotel. We liked having a full‑size fridge. We locked ourselves out and couldn’t reach the front desk because it had just closed, and our phone was in the room with the key. There should have been a phone and an emergency number to call. We knocked and eventually got our son to wake up and let us in, otherwise we would have had to sleep in the car. IMPORTANT: When I checked in I told the receptionist I would pay with CASH, USA Funds, but at checkout they charged my Canadian Credit Card, so I now have to pay an extra fee that I should be compensated for. I had US Cash and expected to use it instead of incurring a fee plus a high exchange rate. The staff need to read the chart. I really expect compensation for this.
