“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel.”

Only the location worked for me. The overall hygiene was extremely poor: the room wasn’t cleaned, floors were dirty, a continuous water leak from the AC caused a bad odor, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned and had several leaks from the taps and flush. It was so uncomfortable that we stayed just one night because we had no other option; the property urgently needs better maintenance and housekeeping standards.
