The rooms were nice and the breakfast was delicious! However, the hotel is close to a nightclub, and the late‑night noise was a real nuisance.

Breakfast was fantastic! The lady who prepared it was very helpful and kind, and we could chat in Arabic using a translation app :) The house is large, the rooms are great and clean, and the rooftop terrace is lovely. The coworking space is excellent, letting me focus well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks! The only downside is that it isn’t really a coliving setup; there aren’t shared activities with other residents. Cats were everywhere in the building (common in Essaouira), and some urinated inside, leaving a noticeable smell.

The cleaning lady and cook were incredible, and her warm presence made a wonderful start to each day. The place is terribly mismanaged: we never met the owners or managers during our two weeks, despite numerous problems like mold in the rooms, impossible check‑in, and Wi‑Fi outages caused by unpaid charges.

The location was unbeatable, the services excellent. The place is beautiful—definitely coming back. They helped with everything we needed, arranged transfers, and gave great recommendations. Nothing negative.

The riad is pretty nice, and I met fellow travelers who shared similar interests. The location is beautiful, and the rooms are well decorated, though it seems the décor and guest adaptations aren’t fully finished. Breakfast is freshly prepared daily and tastes great. The check‑in was confusing, and I felt there was no staff present except for the breakfast lady, who didn’t speak English. I stayed four nights, but the room wasn’t cleaned, lacked toiletries, and the shower had no curtain, so water splashed onto the floor; the bath mat stayed wet because there was nowhere to dry it. I wished someone had welcomed me and provided more information from the riad.
