I booked this place because it was close to a nighttime event I was attending with my teenage daughter, and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the shower was good. However, there was no full-length mirror in the room—only a small face mirror hanging above the sink—and breakfast ran from 7 to 9 am, which I missed because it was a Sunday morning and everything else in the city was closed.

The front desk staff were helpful, and they offered complimentary ice cream and bergamot fruit. The breakfast selection was limited, the knives had no sharp edges, the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet, there was no intercom, the bathroom sink lacked a countertop, the room had no mirror, no bedside table, and no bedside lighting.
