The staff, and the quality of customer service are excellent.

Clean and tidy apartment, great spot right by the train station, and restaurants are very close by.

The location feels unsafe; we were told our room was in a different building we didn’t even know existed, and the photos and the actual room don’t match. Everything is very old and outdated, and there’s no reception in that building.
