The bed linen had spots, everything in the room was only sporadically arranged, there were spiders and plenty of cobwebs, and the bathroom only had two towels while the sink was very small. The breakfast was also not particularly good.

The place was quiet, the location was nice and the pool was great, the staff were very, very, very helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated :) and thanks again! The same points were repeated as both positive and negative.

The site is beautiful, perfect for visiting the local waterfalls. The cottages are very good and the pool is spectacular. We would have stayed longer. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and ready to help with everything. We recommend it!

The food is very good, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals. We were very mixed about this hotel. The room was fairly clean, but very poorly insulated, and we found several lizards inside. The bathroom was very cramped and lacked cleanliness. The continental breakfast was quite ordinary; we arrived around 10 am and there was almost nothing left. The main negative point remains the lack of surveillance of the common areas. An Indonesian family had taken over the pool and literally washed there: ears, teeth, etc., without any staff intervening. Before witnessing this scene, we had simply planned to enjoy the pool calmly, but that same family photographed us and mocked us. We understand that this behavior does not directly fall under the hotel’s responsibility, but we feel it is important that common areas be monitored so all guests can enjoy them in good conditions.

The hotel meets the standards for this region of Java. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel is very good and fresh. The pool is nice for relaxing. Keep in mind that you are in Indonesia, so the hotel’s standard cannot be compared to Europe. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.
