The location was great, they upgraded my room and it was very comfortable. It would help if they refreshed the rooms a bit.

The beds were quite comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast wasn’t offered. When my granddaughter asked reception for a fork, she was told to go to the pizza place up the road. Our room was next to one that had a sign saying not to let the cat out; I don’t think a cat should be allowed in that room, and I wouldn’t want to be the next guest there. Also, only used towels were at the pool.

The spot is good, a supermarket faces the hotel and the neighborhood isn’t bad. The cleaning staff didn’t clean our room automatically; you have to ask them to do it.
