The hotel outlook was fine, but they charged me more than the booking amount—1268 was the actual amount, yet they asked for 2000 rs. We arrived at 9 pm, but our room had already been sold or given to others, even though our booking time and date were the same day. They gave us a different room, added an extra amount, so I finally paid 1700. No bill was provided. Service was terrible: the lock and toilet had water leakages, it wasn’t neat, and overall it was totally unsatisfactory. We left at 10 am before the checkout time. They also claimed we weren’t partnered with Fab Hotel, saying Fab Hotel was using our name Mani Residency.
