I can’t beat how close it is to Mayo/Gonda and how helpful the staff are, but the beds are old and need replacement.

The hotel is lovely, with direct access to the Mayo Clinic subway. Amber at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and the lounge and restaurant on site are nice. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I liked the antechamber next to the bathroom.

Being close to Mayo Clinic and having a subway connection from the hotel elevator is great, but the room thermostat stuck at 73 degrees was an issue.
