“It was good”

I liked that the hotel offers a laundry room. But when I went downstairs for a bottle of water, the staff denied me. Also, the first room we got wasn’t ready and had dirty dishes left in it; the door was ajar upon arrival, indicating the room hadn’t been inspected. We had to move all our stuff into a different room.

While the hotel's room size and homey atmosphere were pleasant, the ongoing construction in the back was a significant drawback. It was unfortunate that the hotel's amenities were overshadowed by the noise and disruption caused by the construction.

On a positive note, the staff member who checked us in was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, making a great first impression. However, the rest of our stay was uneventful, and I didn't have much to say about the hotel's amenities or services.

“Great location, clean rooms and very friendly staff”

I had a mixed experience with breakfast at this hotel. Although the available items were good, I was disappointed to find that there were no plates and most of the hot food had run out when I arrived. Being in a hurry, I couldn't wait for fresh food to be brought out, which limited my options.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant overall, thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff, particularly Matthew, Cheryl, and Seme. The room was comfortable, with a nice layout and a comfortable bed, and the living room sofa was a nice touch. However, we did encounter some issues, including a non-working TV in the bedroom and a torn drape, as well as a wobbly small table in the living room.
