The place was clean, but it was very cold. The bed was slanted, so I had to sleep with my head on the lower end of the mattress.

“Basic”

When we got there, a drug deal was happening right outside, and the room was very basic and not very clean. We had no TV remote, and the one we were given didn’t work. Extra fees were charged for tea and coffee making facilities. The pillows were flat, just one per bed, and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. It was tolerable for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer.

The location was good. A large cobweb was in the top right corner of the room. The shower grouting was dirty and there was no shower gel. There was no kettle, tea, coffee or biscuits. The décor was shabby and clearly needed an update. The bed was very uncomfortable with a spring sticking in the back. There was no phone to call reception. I didn’t stay the booked two nights and left after one night. The photos on the website didn’t match the room I had. The walls were thin and I could hear the next door.

“Caused a lot of money trouble. Would not recommend at all”

Horrible. We stayed there for hardly 15 minutes. There was damp smell everywhere in the room, with mold marks on the duvet. I have a lot of allergies and excema problems, staying there for my anniversary would have caused more problems for me. There were used toiletries in the toilet and the smell itself felt so unpleasant. I booked this hotel coz of the nice facilities provided and the cozy environment as shown on the page. But didn’t get to even unpacking coz it felt so unclean. We booked it for two days and wasn’t aware it was non refundable. Caused a lot of money trouble for me and my bf. Would recommend at all.
