The front desk staff were very friendly, the cleaning lady was also enthusiastic and quick. The breakfast selection was limited, the taste was not great, the value was low, and the washer and dryer were insufficient, causing long wait times.

Clean rooms and personnel at the reception knows some English, which is not usual here. The beds and pillows are comfy. Very stuffy pretty much everywhere except for the rooms when you put on the AC. But regardless the AC it always smells something weird. The room is quite small and if you book with twin beds there is even less space, plus a huge column blocking 50% of the window. If you need to work at the table this will also be quite a problem cuz there is very little space. Last but not least- the breakfast is very poor

The hotel's room service was a highlight, with staff being professional and helpful. However, the room had a lingering cigarette smell, despite the hotel's no-smoking policy. This detracted from the overall experience.

The spacious and clean room was a major plus, but the staff's demeanor was somewhat lacking, which is a common issue in China. This made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been.
