I booked this hotel specifically for the pool, which is not included and costs a steep 21€ per person per day. The dinner menu is unfortunately only convenience food, and housekeeping is an extra charge. Overall, this hotel has had better days.

Swimming at the pool costs an additional 500 korona. I didn't use it, even though I had intended to.

“Unfassbare Methode in einem 4* Hotel.”

The rooms lack international TV channels. Upon arrival I was told the wellness area, bar, and restaurant are closed on Sundays. During a power outage in the evening, no staff could be reached by phone.

I am extremely disappointed with the hotel. We've never been in such a bad hotel. The room smelled awful and there were small crawling creatures in it. We didn't even want to start the breakfast buffet. We are really not spoiled, but that was just unacceptable. To get access to the wellness area we had to pay an extra 21 euros. That would not have been a problem if the pool had been clean and all four saunas were open. Unfortunately only one was. The seating in the pool was loose so I ended up sitting on the bottom. The stairs to the water pool were broken and I was afraid of getting stuck. The beds were sagging. In the toilet the light didn't work, and the shower had only one light as well. In the other one I had the handle in my hand. This is not what I expected. The advertised beach bar was closed. The man at the reception came to us in flip‑flops after we couldn't even get into the hotel. Overall the staff were very unfriendly. Not recommended.
