All in all, everything was fine, but we were lucky with the weather; in extreme heat I wouldn’t stay there because there’s no air conditioning.

The staff were very friendly, but the fridge in the room was locked, the staff replied “that’s how it is!” – I don’t know if one was available, and the bathroom lacked proper ventilation.

Yes. No fridge or minibar even though we paid for a balcony, the floor was uneven and the service was poor when we pointed it out.
