The staff are extremely friendly and help with any question you have, which is wonderful; nothing negative.

Very well located in the historic center, good value for money. The rooms are functional and all have their own bathrooms. The front desk communication is good, and the outdoor terrace is pleasant for enjoying the outdoors. We arrived by taxi (90 pesos) from the bus station and left by Uber (110 pesos).

I left some essential items in my room and before heading out of town I went back to retrieve them; the staff were extremely helpful and eager to return my lost items. Nothing else to complain about, everything was fine.

Nada. El control de la tele no servía, prometieron cambiarlo en 2 horas y nunca llego, solo nos dejaron una toalla para 2 personas, un dia llegue tarde y el hotel estaba cerrado y no me querían abrir, paredes con humedad, el agua fría, el cuarto que seleccione era con balcón y me dieron imagino el mas feo, parecía el cuarto de servicio Todo mal la verdad, solo puedes pagar con efectivo
