We stayed with a group and the place was decent overall, but we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs to reach our room, which we hadn’t realized beforehand.

“Decent Stay but Not Worth”

The bed was comfortable and solid, but the staff were not polite, which was disappointing.

“Ha rovinato il mio breve soggiorno a Singapore. Non prenotate qui!”

The bed was infested with bed bugs; we told the staff, but they couldn’t offer an alternative or refund, and even after three weeks I still have bites on my legs. The shared areas, especially the stairs, were very dirty. I would not recommend staying here.

“No hi tornaré mai més ni el recomano a ningú”

The boredom that greeted us the second day was oddly pleasant, yet I disliked everything else. We couldn’t sleep any of the three nights; the room had no ventilation and was right next to the entrance/exit door where the constant hum of the keypad and the loud door slam, plus people coming and going, were relentless. The bathroom floors were always wet, and people showered at midnight with their phone music blasting. It was a bad experience.
