The place was clean, warm, and the hot water worked well, and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which was the best.

The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic place with no complaints.

The room was large with two good beds; it wasn’t luxurious but very decent for the price. The hotel manager was very accommodating. The stairs from the garage up to the room are a bit narrow and steep, but that’s not a big issue. Bulguksa Temple is reachable on foot, and if you’re traveling without a car, it might be better to stay in the city.

There were no positives. The owner, an old man, demanded extra money; at that time he was short on cash, but now the city of Gyeongju is in a hurry, so there are no rooms, and he raised the price to 20,000 KRW per day. He told us not to confirm the reservation or to get upset. Don’t go there.
