The breakfasts and the grounds were fine. The smell, plumbing problems, and the trouble booking spa services—plus the communication about spa reservations—were all disappointing.

The property is spacious, the staff are very welcoming, and the breakfasts are tasty. However, there were issues with air conditioning, especially in the summer— even in October it was a bit hot when the sun shone through the windows. Also, add hooks in the bathrooms; there’s nowhere to hang towels or robes, so you have to drape them on the sink or the shelf above the toilet.

The room design was pretty. I was very disappointed because there was no warm water, the shower didn’t work at all, and some rooms lacked an air conditioner. For the price, this hotel isn’t worth it; I would never return.
