The staff are top‑class, the location is ideal, and the place is clean, yet the bathroom lacks equipment like a hair dryer and the area for lounge chairs by the pool is poorly set up.

The team is very friendly and quick to respond; the location is great with restaurants, shops, and massage spots within walking distance, and the area is quiet even though it’s close to everything.

A small oasis full of beautiful plants, a great pool, a yoga studio with paid classes, and a river running through the hotel—an amazing spot just off the main road in Perrenan, very calm, and I loved the shared kitchen, so I’ll definitely return. The toilets at reception are very dirty, and anyone can enter the hotel without any check‑in.

Top! I even managed a self‑check‑in despite arriving late at night. The room was clean, had air‑conditioning and a mini balcony overlooking the pool, which was very pleasant, and the common area was quite spacious. There were minor traces of dampness in the bathroom.
