“Estadia maravilhosa. Obrigada a esse hotel e a todos lá!”

The location is very, very good. Recently renovated. Very clean and close to Roma Termini, close to restaurants, safe, and you can reach Basilica Maria Maggiore in a few minutes. The staff are super attentive! You can stay without fear. Everything is excellent. I liked everything.

“La recepción y el edificio está muy muy viejo”

We were a group of eight and there was no hot water or water pressure. Some of the staff tried to normalize the issue by saying that because it was the weekend they didn’t have staff to fix it. Shame. The treatment we received was poor.

The room was huge and spotless, and the restaurant run by Mr. Valentino was a real delight. Everyone on the staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location is ideal, right next to Termini station, which is a big plus. I’d definitely stay again. I liked everything. No complaints.

“Resumo em duas palavras: Gostei muito.”

We stayed twice at Valentino Palace during our trip and each time the stay was calm and comfortable. I’m grateful to Lucca and her father for their attentive and courteous care. It wasn’t always perfect, but I noticed that at times the shower water warmed only slightly.
