The spot in the city center was spot on, but we never heard that getting to the apartment by car or taxi would be a nightmare, so we ended up walking 15 minutes from the train station.

The place was in the heart of the historic center on a lovely square, and in October it was completely quiet. The room was roomy, with a big, beautiful bathroom. Before arrival, communication was shaky. The cleaning crew didn't show up after the first night; only the sheets were changed, the bathroom stayed dirty. The mattress had a dent, and like other reviews, there were no towel hooks—if the goal was to avoid holes, other solutions exist.

“Apartament modern in centrul orașului”

The apartment was modern, spotless, and centrally located. Everything was fine.

The room was well kept in the middle of La Spezia. We found the stairs to the bedroom a bit steep, which could be inconvenient for some guests. We would have liked a slightly warmer temperature inside the house. The pizzeria the B&B recommended turned out to be disappointing, and we think there are better options nearby.

“Bello ma da rivedere alcune cose”

La struttura sembra nuova e si trova in un ottima posizione. La temperatura della stanza non é regolabile o almeno non sembra. Fuori dalla porta, nell’area comune c’era quello che sembrava essere un termostato ma c’era scritto di non toccarlo poiché serviva a regolare l’umidità. La stanza era fredda, avrei preferito qualche grado in più. Inoltre il pavimento del bagno era completamente bagnato, lo avevo già letto in altre recensioni prima di prenotare. Peccato perché sicuramente é un problema dell’impianto di condizionamento che fa perdere qualche punto a quello che poteva essere un ottimo soggiorno
