I liked the service, the staff, and the location, but the hotel was still being renovated and no one warned us; the dust triggered my asthma, the gym was turned into storage, the pool was broken, and the hallways were dusty.

“Decent probably won't stay again.”

The staff were pleasant, breakfast was decent, and the 75 was easy to reach, yet the place felt very rundown, the security door never locked, there was a bad odor, the AC made the bed vibrate, and it seemed overpriced for what it offered.

The hotel was very clean until I entered the bathroom, where the tub still held dirty water. The bed was super comfy though.

“Never again, not even in an emergency.”

The staff was the ONLY highlight of this location. The condition of the hotel is atrocious! At check‑in, we had to be moved twice because the first two rooms were flooded. The third room was no better: it wasn’t flooded, but it smelled like mold, the curtains were shredded, light fixtures rusted, and walls were stained. The shower looked as if it had been coated in blood or red dye and then spray‑painted over. The worst part was that after enduring all these negatives, our daughter was served rotten apple juice at breakfast the next morning.
