The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the yard was a lovely spot to relax. However, the hotel itself showed some signs of wear and tear, with noticeable cracks in the walls that detracted from the overall experience.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my stay. However, things got off to a bit of a rocky start when I found out that the room wasn't fully ready - the towels were there, but the TV remote wasn't working. Still, the staff were really apologetic and helpful, which made up for the initial issue. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the little things like a working TV remote would've made it even better.

I was really impressed with the comfort of the rooms here, and the staff were absolutely top-notch - friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The only tiny issue was getting in and out of the property, as the gate can be a bit finicky at times, but honestly, it was so worth it - the stay was just so relaxing and enjoyable that you'd want to stay forever.
