“Preocupado”

My stay at this hotel had some significant drawbacks. The room had no ventilation, and the maintenance was lacking. The housekeeping staff seemed inattentive and uneducated, and I even caught one of them lounging on a bed, checking their phone. The breakfast was unimpressive and ran out of options by the last day.

I had a fantastic stay, thanks to the hotel's prime location and the wonderful pool, but unfortunately, our bathroom experience was a letdown. The room's bathroom lacked a towel, and the shower door key was misplaced, which was a bit frustrating, especially since another room we checked had no issues.
