Everything is clean, tidy, and almost all staff are very pleasant, helpful, and friendly; the pools are great, the cooking is excellent, and there’s a wide selection of dishes for everyone, giving me great satisfaction. The only downside is that teas are only served in the morning—I’d like them in the evening too, and it would be nice to have soups for breakfast. I also wish the pillows were softer. Otherwise, everything is super.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were generous and varied, but the sliding door in the room was very hard to operate.

The hotel was well maintained and clean, with a lovely atmosphere; free coffee and tea were available from 6 am in the lobby. We had to wait until 15 pm to get our room, even though we arrived earlier. The food was always lukewarm, and the warming containers lacked an extra heat‑retention feature such as a heating paste. Prices at the lobby bar were a bit high.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Slovenia and Austria. The rooms are large and have living space. The kitchen is fantastic, and you can go to the spa, which gives access to even more pools. 😉😁 Nothing like that!
