Everything was clean and the facility was spotless.

I requested cleaning twice and nobody came, even after notifying the manager. The bathroom door wouldn’t open because the floor had to be removed to dry the carpet, there was no liquid soap, and the breakfast was extremely weak for the price.

The location was fine, but the bed was so soft that I developed back pain. My room was on Sheikh Zaeid Road and it was extremely noisy.

The rooms were nice and the location was convenient for the WTC exhibition; the breakfast was good and the team, especially the car valet, was very friendly. The swimming pool was small and mediocre.
