Everything was perfect: super comfortable beds, a spacious room, excellent breakfast, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. If I had to suggest something for improvement, I’d add a few shelves in the bathroom to store beauty products.

The location is excellent, quiet at night, and during the day you can easily reach the beach or the shopping boulevard. Everything is new, and the family that owns the place is really friendly, kind, and helpful. The pastries made by the owner Alessandra in the morning were fantastic! I would have loved a place to dry beach towels.

The spot is right in the heart of Pescara, and the room was cozy, brand‑new, spotless, and packed with comforts. Breakfast was superb, homemade, and served by Alessandra and her son, both friendly and helpful.
