The place is well‑situated with a good breakfast, a walkable downtown, and a supermarket right on the corner; the staff were friendly and there’s a free parking spot directly in front of the hotel subject to availability, but the walls are thin so you hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the crooked desk makes items slip to the floor, needing adjustment.

The hotel sits in a great spot and is easy to find, just a short walk from Villa Germânica, yet the room had many mold spots, was not fully clean, felt old, and had peeling wallpaper with poorly applied paper; the extra R$ 30.00 a day to park in an uncovered, hard-to-use lot filled with banana peels and animal droppings seemed unjustified.
