I loved the room – super spacious and comfortable, all the amenities I needed were there, and the shower was divine. The staff were problematic: on several occasions I was ignored by the female staff at reception, and once I had to get help from a tour guide while they continued to ignore me. The location is inconvenient if you plan to use public transport; it’s not suitable for that. There aren’t enough food options either. If you’re driving or using a pick‑up service, it’s fine.

The room was cozy and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, but the housekeeping staff were nice. I had booked two continuous reservations for three nights, and the front desk told me everything was settled at check‑in. The next day, after I returned to my room, a gentleman who looked like FDM called and said my reservation was only for one night, offering me a full house rate to extend. I’m not sure if it was a front desk or reservation team error.
