“I didn’t have any unrealistic expectations, so I’m not particularly disappointed either.”

The hotel ranks among the better choices around Pamukkale and is a short drive away. The room fits standard expectations and works fine for a brief visit. The large swimming pool and wellness facilities are definite highlights. However, it seems geared mainly toward package tours, making it a convenient spot for groups heading to Pamukkale. Dining happens in a big hall; service is slow because of the crowd, and we had to move our luggage to and from the room ourselves at both arrival and departure. The food selection and quality were also pretty average.

“Avoid”

We spent a night in the most expensive room and were lucky to escape the nightmare. Avoid this place. It’s cheaply built and badly managed. It doesn’t even qualify as a hotel.

The rooms were comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, from our view this hotel does not meet any 5‑star standard. The food was disappointing and lacked variety. Tables were often not set. Cleaning was half‑hearted; they usually just wiped them superficially. Salt and pepper were regularly missing and had to be found or requested. Overall, we felt there was a lack of organization, cleanliness, and service. For a 5‑star hotel we’d have expected much more.
