I noticed the room lacked a minibar and the bathroom was quite basic.

The value for money is exceptional, but don't expect miracles in service and there's mainly a missing small fridge in the room.

We stayed here over New Year's Eve and it was chaos. The room wasn't ready at check-in time, so we had to wait another 30 minutes. It seemed like they weren't organized at all - if the room's not ready, just say so! Luckily, it's close to Berawa beach.

The hotel's location and room size were decent, and the staff were friendly. The Wi-Fi on the third floor was actually pretty good. But that's where the positives end. The photos on the hotel's listing must be old, because our room was a mess. The first room we had was on the ground floor and the bathroom was disgusting - dirty walls and floors, unclean sink and toilet. We asked to switch rooms and ended up on the top floor with a slightly better bathroom.
