“My stay was genuinely perfect from start to finish.”

Absolutely everything about my stay was exceptional. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and genuinely comfortable in a way that made it hard to leave. The breakfast was the kind that actually makes you look forward to waking up, fresh and delicious. And the location couldn’t have been better. Overall, it felt like every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made the whole experience smooth, relaxing, and genuinely enjoyable. Nothing was lacking.

I reserved an Executive Room for four nights , from 8 to 12 September, and received confirmation emails from both and the property. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that the room had been placed on hold for maintenance. This was not communicated to me in advance. Although the reception staff contacted the concerned department and requested a solution, no satisfactory action was taken. I spent considerable time trying to find an alternative. Since the option offered by the hotel did not meet my requirements, I was ultimately forced to move to another hotel, which caused me significant inconvenience and disruption. This hotel had always been one of my preferred choices, and I genuinely like its location, rooms, and reception staff. Unfortunately, due to the way this confirmed reservation was handled, I will not choose this hotel again
