Nice surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was solved at the end of the street, breakfast was adequate, there was no extra or free option (milk, bakery items) or I just didn’t find it. Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. No fridge/minibar, coffee maker, kettle. (This wouldn’t meet the 4‑star standard in Hungary, my colleague works at a 4‑star, so keep that in mind if you’re judging by rating.) I’m not writing a negative, because the receptionist can’t control guests who can’t behave politely, but maybe it would be better to keep a larger staff on site at night for groups of 10‑15 people who shout, slam doors, smoke in rooms and disturb other guests. Another interesting moment was that at breakfast there were more external guests who behaved as if they were in a pub. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but it was curious to see. However, the nearby rooms were not resolved; we got 3 rooms on 3 separate corridors despite our request.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, so everything was close by, and I didn't have any negative experiences.

The hotel is located in the city centre and they pointed out free parking nearby; staff was exceptionally friendly and happy to provide information; dinner was tailored to the autumn season and for breakfast we had plenty of choices. We wanted the standard room, which was the cheapest and included breakfast, so we had a small room with the window facing the corridor and little light from the outside… we didn’t ask staff to change the room as we were staying only one night, so we can’t blame them but would recommend making enquiries prior to booking if this is something important to you.
