Everything was perfect. This is my second long stay here, and I feel at home. The accommodation is excellent. Everything is perfect, nothing to comment on, and I have no complaints – it’s all perfect and excellent.

The hotel was clean and the location good, with refrigerators in the rooms. But why would you go to a hotel? To rest. That’s impossible here. The cleaners were rude and from 8 am to 9–10 pm they kept moving furniture and making loud noise, so you can’t sleep or relax. The two‑star place I stayed at before was a thousand times more peaceful. We chose this spot based on reviews, but the noise forced us to change rooms and move to the upper floor, yet it was the same. Unless the staff’s attitude changes, you can’t even sleep on the roof. The constant furniture noise drove us to play music or use earplugs to stay sane. The mattresses were awful; the twin bed in our previous room was relatively better, but the double bed here was a disaster. The middle of the mattress collapsed, so we never slept comfortably. It was a sad and disappointing experience. The two‑star Torrejon Plaza was a thousand times more peaceful and comfortable than this place.
