Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Worth

I really liked how quiet the place was—no constant elevator clatter or similar noises—and it stayed clean throughout. The staff were professional, and the location was great.

“Pick this for convenience and location”

I was convinced it would be a good stay, and nothing came up to disappoint.

“Horrible, had to change hotel.”

The service was awful; the staff seemed indifferent and the room was a nightmare. The sink drained slowly, there was no hot water, the TV speaker was broken, and I had to request clean towels several times. I even had to go down the stairs twice to get fresh towels, while the room next door was being cleaned.

“Decent”

The stay itself was comfortable, but after we left, I discovered that I’d left sentimental jewelry behind in the room, and neither customer service nor housekeeping could locate it.
