The location is near the port. The visit is done on foot, especially in the evening when the streets are lively. Good for an evening and a night. Breakfast is in the form of tickets to be taken at a restaurant on the port, not unpleasant. I didn’t like that a free parking was mentioned. The only free spots are on the streets when they are empty, which is extremely rare or even nonexistent in season. No reserved spot. The only alternative is the port parking, paid, 1.50 € until 2 a.m.

The spot is spot‑on, with the harbor right across and restaurants within arm’s reach, but parking isn’t free – it cost us 1,50€ per hour from 8 am to 2 am, so read the listing carefully (I didn’t realize that and was caught off guard). The place is big, with four bedrooms and shared kitchen and common areas. The bedding is comfy and the room is very clean, though the VMC and fridge in the room make a lot of noise.

A huge thank you to Dolores and Elisabetta for their hospitality and for helping us throughout our stay. The room was tidy and super comfortable, and the breakfast served at the bar was excellent – we’ll definitely come back! It might be useful to offer a continental buffet as an alternative to the bar breakfast.

The property sits in the historic center, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops nearby, and a beach that’s reachable on foot; however, the nicer beaches like Le Dune, Punta Prosciutto, and Torre Lapillo require a car. Our room was clean, the Wi‑Fi and air‑conditioning worked well, and we could also use the shared kitchen. The place accepts dogs. Some details were missing that would have been handy before arrival: 1. The address listed in the description doesn’t match the entrance, which is actually on the opposite side. 2. The private parking is about 600 m away, so you have to walk back and forth in the sun each time you need to drop off or pick up the car.
