We checked in during the ice storm, hoping for a warm and safe place to stay. Unfortunately, the hotel fell far short of our expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and our first room was a disaster - literally. It was trashed, with duct tape covering holes in the walls and a broken fridge. We demanded a clean room, but the second one wasn't much better. The floor was sticky, and we had to ask for a decent chair. To top it off, someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this place was, but unfortunately, the bathroom light didn't work, so I had to take a shower in the dark. To make matters worse, the shower drain was clogged, and water started overflowing onto the floor, which then flowed all the way into the hallway near the sink.

This place is a hidden gem, and I'm not just saying that because it's super affordable. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my stay. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and it felt like they actually cared. Overall, I was really impressed with the service and the value for money.

I was really looking forward to my stay here, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which was a big plus, and the location was perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the casino. However, the state of the hotel was absolutely disgusting - I mean, I've seen cleaner floors in a fast food joint. The whole place was filthy, with dirt and grime everywhere, and it was a real shame because with a bit of TLC, this place could be great.
