“IMPECABLE, SENCILLO, LINDO Y LIMPIO”
It’s a very pretty place with a simple concept, perfectly located. It’s very clean, lovely, and well‑situated; the main luxury is its location and the straightforward, warm, close service. The entry control at the property is a hassle—front‑desk staff keep leaving their duties to open the door; perhaps enabling the street door right next to reception could fix this.
The bird‑themed décor and the very friendly gentleman who was attentive were highlights, but the check‑in was too late, the check‑out too early, and there were no options for dropping off luggage when the flight was advanced without extra fees.

A great spot for a couple’s getaway, but my laptop and phone were stolen; the receptionist didn’t ask for IDs from two strangers who entered, and he didn’t check the room when they left, allowing them to walk out with a suitcase of my belongings.

Location 10/10, breakfast is decent, cleanliness is superb. When we arrived, the power went out across the whole area; it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but they should have a backup generator or something—there were about 20 minutes without electricity.
