The location was excellent, with a wide selection of rooms and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was tasty and varied. However, humidity caused some equipment and areas to deteriorate: the shower had a strong odor, and the outdoor pool wasn’t cleaned properly.

プールが楽しく(浮き輪貸し出しもあり) ご飯も美味しく、スタッフさんが親切で、 1.3.6歳も大満足でした！

Surrounded by nature, we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The pool was available, and renting inflatables was a plus. Free wine, soft drinks, snacks, and Goto Udon were all tasty. Above all, the staff’s kindness and hospitality were outstanding! The only negatives were the unavoidable presence of centipedes that startled us, and the old facilities gave off a noticeable sewer smell in the toilets.

The staff left a very good impression. The cleaning, however, seemed uneven.

The hotel’s hospitality was amazing, especially when my flight was canceled—they handled it promptly.
