They promised daily towel changes, but after five nights I never saw a new set. My room felt stuffy; I left the windows open for hours with no relief. Even after washing my clothes, I had to use the dryer twice and they still weren’t dry. The location and staff were decent, but I wouldn’t book here again.

The lighting, lifts, beds, and overall space were excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The bathroom and toilet are separate, the space is large, and there’s still room even with all the luggage open. The duvet feels fuzzy and isn’t very comfortable when covered, and the pillow is too flat.
