This hotel in Karuizawa is truly exceptional - it's the best I've ever stayed at. The staff are top-notch, and the facilities are world-class. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel's location is perfect, and the service is impeccable.

The restaurant at this hotel is seriously impressive - it's Michelin-worthy, no question. The food is top-quality, and the service is attentive and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the bed in the main room was a bit too firm for my liking, but that's a minor quibble. Overall, the hotel is amazing.

This hotel is a true gem, nestled in a pine forest with incredibly fresh air. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the onsen is a wonderful touch. The staff are thoughtful and attentive, always thinking ahead to meet your needs. Every evening, they light real fires in the lobby and outside, creating a magical atmosphere. And with their own farm on site, the vegetables served at every meal are fresh and delicious. Staying here is a real treat.

I was blown away by the quality of the food at this hotel - the breakfast was fantastic every day, and the dinners were exceptional in both restaurants. The views from the Italian restaurant on the 5th floor are simply stunning, especially at sunset. To be honest, I couldn't find anything to complain about - the hotel is perfect in every way.
